Areas we serve: IT support across Namibia.
From our head office in Swakopmund and our technicians in Lüderitz and Uis, Micro Tech Namibia supports businesses, mines and municipalities in every region of the country. Here is how that works, and where we go.
Remote support first
Most IT problems can be fixed without anyone travelling. Call our help desk and an engineer connects to your computer or server and works on it directly, whether you are next door to our head office or at the other end of the country. Clients on a managed service also get remote monitoring of their systems.
On-site visits from three bases
When a job needs hands on it, a technician comes to you. Visits are scheduled from our head office in Swakopmund or from Lüderitz and Uis, where we also have technicians. The further the town, the more we plan ahead and group work so that a single trip covers everything outstanding.
Projects anywhere in Namibia
Structured cabling, fibre, Wi-Fi, CCTV, servers and Traka key management can be installed in any town. Every project starts with a site visit for planning, so we see the building, measure the distances and quote properly before installation begins.
Where our people are
Our head office, workshop and main data centre are at 13 Mandume Ya Ndemufayo Str, Swakopmund, open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. Technicians are also based in Lüderitz and Uis. Our clients range from the mines of the Erongo region to municipalities and businesses across the whole country.
Regions and towns

Erongo
Main towns: Swakopmund, Walvis Bay, Henties Bay, Arandis, Uis, Usakos, Karibib, Omaruru.
Our home region: head office, workshop and main data centre in Swakopmund, and technicians in Uis.
Khomas
Main towns: Windhoek.
The capital, supported remotely first with planned on-site visits and project work.
Hardap
Main towns: Mariental, Rehoboth, Maltahöhe, Aranos, Gochas.
Supported remotely, with visits planned from Swakopmund.
ǁKaras
Main towns: Keetmanshoop, Lüderitz, Oranjemund, Rosh Pinah, Karasburg, Aus.
Technicians based in Lüderitz cover much of the south.
Kunene
Main towns: Outjo, Opuwo, Khorixas, Kamanjab.
Remote support for lodges, farms and offices, with planned visits.
Ohangwena
Main towns: Eenhana, Helao Nafidi, Okongo.
Remote support, with on-site work planned as part of trips to the north.
Omaheke
Main towns: Gobabis, Otjinene, Leonardville.
Supported remotely, with visits planned from Swakopmund.
Omusati
Main towns: Outapi, Okahao, Ruacana, Oshikuku.
Remote support, with on-site work planned as part of trips to the north.
Oshana
Main towns: Oshakati, Ongwediva, Ondangwa.
The busiest commercial area in the north, supported remotely first.
Oshikoto
Main towns: Tsumeb, Omuthiya, Oniipa.
Remote support, and industrial projects planned with a site visit.
Otjozondjupa
Main towns: Otjiwarongo, Okahandja, Grootfontein, Otavi, Okakarara.
Supported remotely, with visits planned from Swakopmund.
Zambezi
Main towns: Katima Mulilo, Bukalo.
Our furthest region: remote support first, with visits planned well ahead.
