Computer and hardware repairs in our Swakopmund workshop.

Hardware repairs done by our own technicians, with years of technical experience and a professionally equipped workshop in Swakopmund. Laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals, for business clients across Namibia.

Who it is for

Businesses with a laptop, desktop, printer or other piece of hardware that has stopped working, and support clients whose equipment needs more than a remote fix.

Many problems that look like hardware faults are really software, so we start by talking to you and, where it helps, connecting remotely. When the fault is in the hardware itself, the workshop takes over.

What is included

  • Workshop repairs of laptops and desktops
  • Printers and peripherals, including Epson and Samsung equipment we sell
  • Servers and workstations
  • Advice on repair or replacement, with Dell, HP and Lenovo equipment available

How it works

  1. Get in touch. Call or email us and describe the fault.
  2. Try remote first. If the problem is software, we may fix it remotely without the machine leaving your desk.
  3. Workshop. Hardware faults come to our workshop in Swakopmund for diagnosis and repair.
  4. Back to work. Your repaired equipment goes back into service, with after-sales support by phone, remotely or on site.

Common questions

Where is your workshop?

At our head office, 13 Mandume Ya Ndemufayo Str, Swakopmund. We are open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.

Who does the repairs?

Our own technicians, with years of technical experience and a professionally equipped workshop.

Do you repair printers?

Yes. Printers and peripherals are part of the hardware we repair, and we sell and support Epson and Samsung printers.

Can you fix it without me bringing it in?

Often, yes. Software problems can usually be fixed remotely: we connect to your machine and fix it there and then. Hardware faults need the workshop or a site visit.

Should I repair an old computer or replace it?

It depends on the fault and the age of the machine. We advise honestly on both options, and as a Dell, HP and Lenovo reseller we can supply a replacement, or rent you a workstation.

My computer is just slow. Does it need a repair?

Often not. Many slow computers can be improved remotely or with simple checks. Our help page on slow computers explains what to look at first.

Remote support

Remote support, started by you

Only after you have phoned us on +264 83 376 4016 and a technician has agreed a session with you. We never contact you first to ask for access to a computer.

Our technician will tell you which of these tools they use. Get it from the maker's own website, open it, and share the session code only with the technician you are speaking to. You see everything they do and can end the session at any moment. Nothing stays installed unless you choose to keep it.

On a Mac? AnyDesk has a version for macOS on anydesk.com.

Not expecting a session, or unsure the call is from us? Hang up and phone our office on +264 83 376 4016, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. We never ask for passwords, banking details or payment during a session.
