Which CCTV brand do you supply?
We sell and support Hikvision CCTV and surveillance systems.
Can I watch my cameras on my phone?
A correctly set up system can be viewed remotely as well as on site. We set it up so footage is recording, retained and viewable, and our help page on viewing cameras on a phone explains what is needed.
Can you put a camera at a gate far from the building?
Yes. We use structured cabling, fibre or a wireless point-to-point link to reach cameras at gates, yards and outbuildings.
What is a Traka lock-out system?
Intelligent key cabinets that keep a hazardous area powered down until every engineer’s key is back. Every override key that could reactivate the site stays secured until the entire set of engineers’ keys is in place.
Do you support the system after installation?
Yes. Support is available by phone, remote connection or site visit, and clients on an SLA also have after-hours support.
