Which antivirus do you supply?
We are an authorised and certified Trend Micro reseller and implementation partner in Namibia, including Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security.
Do we really need a firewall?
A firewall is the security at the edge of your network, between the internet and your computers and servers. Every business connected to the internet benefits from one that is properly configured and kept up to date.
Can you filter what staff can browse?
Yes. Web content filtering is part of our outsourcing portfolio, along with anti-spam and anti-virus.
What happens if our internet line goes down?
A well set up firewall can switch to a second connection. We set up internet that is filtered, with failover, and we can source suitable connectivity providers for the second line.
Do you manage the antivirus for us?
Yes. Antivirus and endpoint security can be managed, updated and reported on as part of our support or a managed service.
