Need a person, not an article?

Call us on +264 83 376 4016 or email info@microtechnamibia.com, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. If one of our technicians has asked you to start a session, use the remote support page.

Remote support

Remote support, started by you

Only after you have phoned us on +264 83 376 4016 and a technician has agreed a session with you. We never contact you first to ask for access to a computer.

Our technician will tell you which of these tools they use. Get it from the maker's own website, open it, and share the session code only with the technician you are speaking to. You see everything they do and can end the session at any moment. Nothing stays installed unless you choose to keep it.

On a Mac? AnyDesk has a version for macOS on anydesk.com.

Not expecting a session, or unsure the call is from us? Hang up and phone our office on +264 83 376 4016, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. We never ask for passwords, banking details or payment during a session.
